Mechanics
- Subscriber receives a prompt (via SMS, EDM, Mobile app, telesales, web or Business Centers) during the promo period.
- Subscriber to confirm upgrade via the customer portal, telesales or Business Center representative.
- Subscriber to upgrade to participating Super FiberX or Netflix bundle for just an additional ₱9 fee on the first month only.
- Standard billing resumes afterward (month 2 onwards).
