The SKYTV add on is open for New and Existing customers in NCR and non NCR area with PA

A Converge connection is required to get the SKYTV add-on service

Subscription Period and Fees:

• Access Pass: Subscriber who avails the promo will have a new 24 month contract term.

• STB Fee: free

• Delivery Fee: free

• Installation mode:  DIY (aftersales); fee installation (newsales)

Pretermination

• Subscriber who choose to preterminate the service before the end of the twenty-four-month period must pay a termination fee equivalent to the toal unpaid subscription fees x remaining months.

Equipment

• A maximum of up to four (4) STB box is limited per account

• Warranty:  The Xperience box has a warranty of 6 months (BAU) while the remote has warranty of 2 months (BAU). The Company shall replace the box/remote that is defective due to normal causes. Replacement outside warranty will be charged the full amount of the box /remote.

• Return: Return of equipment is allowable within seven (7) days and is strictly subject for assessment. The device must be in “new” and “unused” condition.

Billing and Payment

• Once SKYTV service is activated, the monthly fee for the add-on service will be added to the subscriber’s bill.

Changes of Services

• Downgrade: Subscribers on the higher plan have the option to switch to the lower plan with Php2000 charges and will continue the access period.

• Upgrade: Subscribers on the lower plan have the option to switch to the higher plan with no additional charges and will continue the access period.

Terms

• Converge reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• By joining this terms, the subscriber confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its Terms & Conditions.

• Converge reserves the right to disapprove transaction of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
